CGMF partners with SmileMass.org fulfilling Cathy’s Wish

This past summer, CGMF partnered with SmileMass.org to donate a floating beach wheelchair to Mayflower Beach located in Dennis, MA. This donation is actually our third beach wheelchair donation we’ve done over the years. This year marks a new partnership where CGMF plans to award a beach wheelchair through SmileMass’s application process with your help. Through our signature golf event (see News & Events) and our partnership with SmileMass.org (see their news & events, we hope to continue to fulfill Cathy’s wish that people in wheelchairs could experience and love the beach the way she did.

2025 CGMF Golf Tournament

This year’s CGMF golf tournament was held on Saturday, June 14, 2025. Each year CGMF hosts a golf tournament as our signature fundraising event. Special thanks to our sponsors who sponsor a hole and/or donate raffle items.

  • WHEN: Shotgun Start at 1:00pm, Saturday, June 14, 2025
    Golfers should arrive before 12:00pm to complete registration
  • COST: $200 per person (includes fees & dinner)
  • WHERE: Blissful Meadows Golf Club
  • PAY: Use the DONATE button at the bottom of the page or sidebar at $200 per golfer.
  • REGISTER: Contact Jeremy by email.
  • SPONSOR: use the DONATE button after completing this form when donating $150 per hole.

This year’s event will include:

–         a live onsite dinner reception at Blissful Meadows.

–         amazing raffle prizes we will announce soon after the Golf Event during the dinner.

–          Blissful will have plenty of golf carts available.

–          Blissful will need to follow the states guidelines at the time of the event, which may change.
